This project is an opportunity to restore the use of an exterior apartment on San Bernardo Street in Madrid. The current state of the property showed serious deficiencies as well as formal alterations to the original state. Through a detailed study of interventions, such as improving the base structure of the floor, and with the desire to provide a simple aesthetic, seeking the purity of the geometry itself, a total renovation project is developed.
